At Barrel Brook Farms LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality farm products and memorable experiences. Due to the nature of agricultural goods and event services, the following policies apply.
1. PERISHABLE FOOD PRODUCTS
This includes fresh produce, fruit, vegetables, honey, jams, jellies, and other edible farm goods.
All perishable food sales are final.
For health and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on edible products.
If you believe a product was defective or unsafe at the time of purchase, you must contact us within 24 hours of purchase at:

2. NON-PERISHABLE MERCHANDISE
Non-perishable merchandise (including apparel, gift items, and branded goods) may be eligible for return under the following conditions:

5. WEDDINGS & PRIVATE EVENTS
All event deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a signed rental agreement.
